Action Learning sets are based on the Experiential Learning Process and strongly bridge the connection between Reflection and Action, accelerating the learning process. The supportive and empathic environment of the Action Learning Set is further enhanced by the opportunity for our assumptions that underpin our reflections to be challenged and explored. This provides individuals with more focused insight into the issue and consequently their learning about it and the actions they then choose to take and not to take.
