The leadership and management programme can be tailored to a range of management levels from team leader to senior manager. The training provides an engaging insight into leadership and how leadership skills have changed over the decades. Through developing an understanding of leadership theory and taking part in practical activities enables the delegates to manage and lead their teams with adaptability and motivation to ensure a happy and resilient workforce.
