The course can be used to visualise strategy, design strategy, change strategy, and most importantly look to how new strategy can be implemented. A range of strategic and creative thinking skills and activities are used to develop the right content. It is also vitally important organisation culture is aligned with strategy and tools to develop culture focussing on the organisation’s strengths such as Appreciative Inquiry (AI) can be used.
