Project Management Development

TGG are experts in portfolio, programme and project management and can share their expertise through our project management workshops.  These workshops cover not only the technical skills of project management, but the important people skills that are vital for effective and influential communication necessary to keep projects on track. We are members of the Association of Project Management and stay up to date with trends and standards in the profession.  We can also signpost to accredited project management programmes.
