Phil is a managing partner of The Grangeside Group (TGG), the trading name for UA Consulting. From a consulting background Phil has spent more than thirty-five years working with clients, developing relationships, understanding their issues, what success looks like for them and delivering large, complex projects and programmes. A P3M subject matter expert, Phil is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management, has two Masters Degrees and enjoys sharing knowledge whether this is talking at conferences or running training courses in his spare time.

Lee has worked in the IT Industry since the mid-90s progressing through various different roles from Engineer to Principal Consultant/Architect. Spending the majority of his career concentrating on Infrastructure Architecture and working across many different industries. Lee was the Technical Lead for Smiths Consulting on the Astellas Electra Project in 2010/11 which saw Smiths rescue a failing project from the incumbent service provider at the time. More recently he provided Technical Assurance to the BBC during a transition of service which saw the TV Licensing strategic data centre hosting partner change, as well as providing Infrastructure Architecture to the Ministry of Defence and Technical Lead for a Fire Rescue Service data centre migration.
